VP of Client Solutions
Taylor Vernstrom has a Bachelor’s in Business Communications from the University of St Thomas. Taylor worked in corporate marketing for a large bank and a haircare distribution company before discovering her passion for the inclusion and diversity industry in 2010. Since joining InclusionINC, Taylor has focused on working creatively and agilely to meet client outcomes.
She works closely with each client to find the best customized assessment and learning solution for them. Taylor is the subject matter expert on InclusionINC’s assessment platform (Qualtrics). She customizes and runs the Inclusive Leader 360 and InclusionINC’s organization-wide web-based surveys.
Taylor uses adult learning principles to design a customized learning solution to meet her clients’ desired outcomes. Her expertise also includes graphic design. This allows her to customize not only content but also the look and feel of client materials.
Her experience includes highly-detailed project management, managing client relationships, designing/customizing learning materials, working on the InclusionSCORECARD and working with client leadership to implement organization-wide I&D initiatives.
