Steve Johnson, PhD., is an executive consultant with InclusionINC and focuses on the metrics and analytics required for our InclusionSCORECARD™. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Steve holds a masters and a doctorate in industrial-organizational psychology.
Prior to joining InclusionINC, Steve held senior leadership positions at JC Penny. Most recently, he was the Organizational Development Director where he developed and executed strategy for major culture changes. He has specific expertise in employee engagement assessments, organizational development, employee selection procedures, and EEO compliance.
