Global Inclusion Index™
The Global Inclusion Index survey utilizes InclusionINC's proprietary methodology and metrics regarding your organization's inclusion behaviors and how they drive engagement, innovation, retention and productivity.
InclusionINC, in partnership with Cox School of Business, created a Global Inclusion Index (G2I) that measures 12 inclusion behaviors in a global environment. Those behaviors are then cross-references with ROI questions (self-reported retention, engagement, productivity and innovation). The G2I is used to establish a baseline of metrics on inclusion by site and/or by business unit/region when conducted on an enterprise basis. Disparities between behavior importance and frequency and also across specific groups will be indentified as issue indicators.
