As a former Adjunct Professor of Interdisciplinary Studies at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Andrá’s ability to develop and design unique curricula, complements his engaging and highly interactive facilitation style and ensures a practical application of skills and insights. The depth and breadth of his knowledge in organizational behavior and leadership development has made him a masterful, highly sought after keynote speaker for conferences and positions him as a thought leader on various leadership and diversity/inclusion panels.

Mr. Ward was recently appointed to the Board of Regents of Northern Kentucky University, a Division I institution, by The Honorable Steven L. Beshear, the governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and is currently serving a six (6) year term.
