As a former Global Inclusion & Diversity Leader for a Fortune 500 company and former Head of Inclusion & Diversity, Stacè brings strategic focus to Inclusion & Diversity planning and implementation enterprise-wide. With over twenty years of Human Resources and Inclusion & Diversity experience, she coaches executives and leaders at all levels on inclusive leadership and performance enrichment and consults on inclusion strategy development.
Stacè’s experience spans across multiple industries including telecommunications, technology, and the nonprofit sector. As Chair Emeritus and Chief Operating Officer of the Global Diversity & Inclusion and The Kid In Me Foundations, Stacè aims to advance the field of Inclusion & Diversity through corporate accountability to global inclusion, human rights, and inclusive leadership coaching.
Stacè has a Master’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in ethnic relations. She is a Professional Certified Career Coach and is pursuing a doctoral degree in Performance Psychology.
