Continuous Measurement & Evaluation

To be successful, Inclusion and Diversity training sessions must be effective. To help measure this, we close each module with an evaluation tool to measure reactions and knowledge based learning. Each module also has aggregated built in evaluations, which show site trends for workplace cultural shift.
