For Inclusion and Diversity initiatives to be successful and long lasting, employees must have the opportunity to learn new skills specific to their industry and master those skills through on-the-job application. InclusionINC's training soars beyond awareness and knowledge; it involves active learning skills-based exercises and tools for implementation.

  1. Customized Training Design aligns with a company's specific outcomes and Inclusion and Diversity goals identified during the Assessment stage.
  2. Training is skills-based for On-the-Job Application, an engaging and effective method ensuring the optimization of business behaviors.
  3. Continuous Measurement and Evaluation after each learning event is critical to ensure transfer of skills to the workplace (30/60/90 day evaluations are available).
  4. Training and Learning Effectiveness increases when inclusion and diversity training are implemented over time using multiple medium (classroom, webinars, e-learning).

[30/60/90 Day Training Evaluation]

To be successful, Inclusion and Diversity training sessions must be effective. To help measure this, we close each class with an evaluation tool to measure reactions and knowledge based learning. Skills transfer to the job can be accomplished through a Predictive Indicator.   Summarized reports are provided to the client. Considerations must be made throughout all steps of the process as to how measurement and evaluation of criteria must be made. Kilpatrick’s system of measurement provides flexibility in the evaluation of training and
non-training performance improvement efforts.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

[E-learning]

Technology solutions work when they focus on skills application.  InclusionINC’s approach focuses on diversity and inclusive business behaviors for application in the workplace.
E-learning works best when it is part of a Learning Over Time™ strategy of blended learning and measurement.

[Interactive Webinars]

InclusionINC’s approach to webinars is a highly interactive learning format with chunked content for delivery in a series of modules. On-line surveys follow up the training to ensure application. Webinars are best used as part of a Learning Over Time™ series.

[Direct Delivery; Train-the-Trainer]

InclusionINC is flexible enough to either perform the training ourselves, train your trainers to deliver our content and tactics, or a combination of the two. (For executive and senior leadership, InclusionINC recommends using external trainers).

For some companies, using internal facilitators is the best way to effectively educate the employees. InclusionINC offers Train-the-Trainer Certification that allows a company to train their employees through their own facilitators. InclusionINC provides a list of core competencies needed for the training to assist with the facilitator selection process. The selected trainer candidates work with Master Diversity and Inclusion facilitators to receive full certification

Courseware is, therefore, also customized to an organization's specific outcomes.  We ensure our training aligns with your organization's core competencies and links to your key business metrics.
We also adjust the training to fit the different levels of your organization. We have experience in corporate, non-profit, and government sectors.

[Adult Learning Methodology]

Adults will not learn simply because someone tells them to; they must have a desire or motivation to acquire knowledge and learn a new skill. InclusionINC uses a proven adult learning model to provide effective training with enduring results. We concentrate our focus on adult learning during learning process as well as training design.

[Instructional Design]

InclusionINC uses Instructional Design to identify the learning outcomes, to develop content and experiential learning to meet those outcomes and to establish how instructional effectiveness will be evaluated. Our approach to Inclusion and Diversity instructional design is practical to business needs and application in the workplace.
