InclusionINC's process begins at the Assessment stage, which allows for gathering critical information and data necessary for identifying a company's specific Diversity and Inclusion goals, addressing challenges, identifying strengths, and developing the best strategic solutions for achieving collective success. InclusionINC's sophisticated assessment methodology involves a variety of collection tools that customize the assessment to fully evaluate its customers' current business practices.

It is during this beginning stage that InclusionINC stresses the importance and desire to work in sync with its client organization. Our strategists and consultants do not aim to work alone; they understand their clients are the real experts at their own business. Only through the spirit of partnership and trust can we truly understand our clients' challenges, bring focus to their needs, and help them develop future goals.

[Client Audit]

A client audit involves gaining a deep understanding of your organization through internal information. We review applicable business practices, policies, and procedures, and we complete comparative industry research and analysis. The information we gather is used for analysis in an honest and appropriate manner.

[Focus Groups & Interviews]

Leading focus groups and performing interviews provides specific qualitative data necessary for a thorough assessment. Our interviews can be either on the phone or person-to-person. Feedback straight from employees themselves is a highly effective way for us to gather anecdotal information.

[Web-Based Assessment]

Our Web-based assessment truly sets us apart from traditional Diversity and Inclusion companies. Through a cutting-edge, customized survey, all employees are guaranteed an opportunity to participate in the process. This is the required assessment vehicle for all employees. The assessment questions are also customized to reflect your organization's imperatives and operations.

[Occupational Demographic Analysis]

InclusionINC's optional data analysis and assessment determines appropriate benchmarks for improvement. In this phase, InclusionINC identifies and sorts demographic and employment information by work levels and major organizational divisions. It is important to determine the data for benchmarking purposes within the organization but also to determine where the organization is in relationship to standard occupational and industry external data. The data analysis and benchmarking involves:

  1. Analyzing work levels, organizational divisions, or major departments by race, gender, disability, and age.
  2. Creating and customizing work levels to fit the nature of the organization.
  3. Comparing the percentages of minorities and women to external occupational industry information.
  4. Producing a +/- report.
  5. Look at job families and development patterns.
  6. Determining appropriate benchmarks for areas of improvement.

[Detailed Analysis & Recommendation]

Once an assessment is complete, InclusionINC works in partnership with the organization's internal teams to create a Diversity and Inclusion recommendations and analysis. This is the foundation for our Inclusion and Diversity Consulting and the development of inclusion and diversity strategic and tactical solutions to be implemented. This customized approach works towards a shared vision for closing the gap. The complete assessment wraps up with:

  1. In-depth analysis
  2. Identification of organizational strengths and challenges
  3. Establish benchmarks for improvement
  4. Recommendations
